Combine Classes:

Forms entered after 3:30pm will be processed the following day.
Forms are not processed automatically. They will be processed within 24 hours.
This form is for requesting ONE combine operation (combining one set of classes).
When you have submitted this form, you may fill out a new form to combine another set of classes.
NOTE ABOUT EXISTING CONTENT: If you have already entered any content in either class to be combined, please export your class(es) before submitting your combine request since access to the original classes will be lost after they are combined. Content previously entered in either class to be combined is NOT transferred into the new combined course; only student enrollments and the instructor on record are recreated in the new course. After the new combined course is created, you can then import content into the combined course.

The course ID for the combined course will use the department code and course number for the first course you list followed by the text "comb". EXAMPLE: SP08ART101comb
You must enter a Title for combined class:
Each line that describes a class needs to be filled out completely in order for the combine to be successful.
Please use a three digit number for the section number (e.g. 001, 010, 701)
